Horrible Service From Afrihost

Absolutely horrible service from Afrihost! I bought an LTE sim card from Afrihost on 04/05/2022, installed it in my router and spoke to someone from Afrihost about setting it up.

I was told that it will take up to 24 hours for the sim card to activate. It has been 5 days, with about 5 different calls to Afrihost and I still don't have any internet, that I have already paid for! The last person I spoke to was Lerato.

Every time I call, I get told " we are still waiting for MTN to respond to us."

Had I known upfront that it could take up to a week, I would have gladly went with another service provider.

Afrihost, please either fix this problem by the end of the day, or refund me so that I can go with a more reliable service provider.
