Horrible service from a dodge ISP

Why does their rating on here not surprise me... If I could score a 0, I would but the scoring doesn't go lower than a 1. You sit days without connectivity while Afrihost always blames your equipment. Constant finger pointing between Afrihost and FNO and no one takes accountability. Insist on speaking to a manager and they flat-out refuse. Cancel the horrible service on the 3rd of the month, oh no, you needed to give a calendar month notice you will pay a additional month for this horrible service you wont use. these guys are borderline ********. Avoid at all costs.
