Horrible service

So had problems with our bank with double debit orders, so Afrihost couldn't debit my account, then send me a email that I need to pay R499 immediately or face immediate suspension, so I made an immediate payment of R500, then on Friday they send me another email that I still owe them R29 or face suspension, so I paid R30, the suspended my services in anyway due to a mistake by them, got all the proof emailed them, phoned them and all they said SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE IT IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, so today the 07/03/2020 at 15H20 still no internet and can't get hold of them, a lot of unnecessary grieve from them, BE CAREFUL WHO YOU CHOOSE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO CLIENTS.
