Horrible Service - Don't waste your time

I think Afrihost goes out of their way to give horrible service. They put a lot of effort into it. I placed an order for a fibre connection and advised them that there is an existing connection but I had no idea who the service provider was. A tech guy called and we tried to figure it out using the serial numbers but failed. He said he was going get in touch with Vuma and Openserve to determine which f the two owns the connections. He said he would get back to me that same day but 3 days later I still didn't have a response. When I called back to check I was told that they were waiting on me to confirm who the current connection belongs to and we had to do the whole serial number thing all over again to no avail. Don't waste your time, try other providers out there...unless of course horrible service is what you are looking for.
