horrible service

moved houses and was debited for this month and when I called afrihost to come assist me with connection, I was told by their consultant by the name of Lunga that we need to give a 2 months notice, yet they still continue to take the money and not provide you with the connection. the service is absolutely shocking and their managers( Samantha) does not take calls
