Horrible service and customer feedback

We recently moved into a new apartment in Burgundy Estate that was fibre ready - all we needed was an ISP. I contacted Afrihost because of their great reputation and affordable prices. We received the router in 2 days which was great, but then we did not receive feedback why it was taking so long to install the wifi. We had to chase them everyday twice to find out why it was taking so long, each day with the excuse that they are waiting for Frogfoot (fibre provider) to get back to them. After phoning everyday of the week with no progress or communication from anyone, we finally spoke with an agent of Afrihost who told us that Frogfoot does not even cover the estate! If someone had told us this we would have attempted to solve the issue a week earlier but they were not even aware themselves. As a result we decided to move to a competitor of Afrihost and were told we would have to pay a cancellation fee for their "services" which we never received. Absolutely appalling service and customer feedback - will never recommend them or ever make use of them again!
