Horrible service and connection

I have a 100mbps line but been having trouble for a while now. Cannot watch tele, cannot download any pictures on social media, cannot even listen to the radio app but i have to pay R997 per month. Every time I contact them they want to run a check which ends up taking me 3 hours and then still the same problem. The service is atrocious and nobody seems to be able to assist or care. Thy INSIST on my connection to the ONT box with my laptop but i do not have a LAN input on my laptop and i have told them that. You definitely don't get what you pay for. STAY FAR AWAY
