Horrible service, account debited and no fibre connectivity

Afrihost is quick to debit your account, yet they do not give you the service you pay for. I relocated from one unit to another one and the same complex on 11 April, I understand that it was during the money, so I did expect to be not connected for that month. But come end of May, they debited my account, with no fibre, tried to get the fibre sorted everyday with no luck. Come 01 June, they debited my account again, and I still didn’t have any connectivity. I have paid over 948 with no service
