HORRIBLE SERVICE

This has to be the worst service ever from Afrihost. I took delivery of a router on Friday the 25th of October. To this day i still don't have internet. When call them to find out what the problem is and why i don't have internet they give me run arounds, no clear answer nor solution. I then requested them cancel my service and return their router, even that is too much to ask. They haven't cancelled the service nor send me any communication. I regret taken their router from the first place.
