Horrible service

Horrible service i took out a home fibre line with afrihost in which it was installed through clear acess within a few days they debited my account they advise its for the router which they delivered i called them asking for assistance my wifi cannot connect for 6 days i have been on the phone with different consultants going back and forward troubleshooting iam still not connected but they debited another R578 for what a lady called me on mother day to go through the same ****** **** same error occured they advice they will sent out a technician i am still ****en waiting

I will not advise anyone to make use of there service they fast to take your money but cannot deliever
