Horrible service!!!

They are partnered with vumatel who give absolutely horrible service, I was incorrectly advise by agents countless times and once they received my money told me that they can't do the migration. I have been fighting with these people for 3 weeks straight with no resolution this type of incompetence is of the highest quality that I have never experienced before. The senior supervisors are even worse, unable to rectify the issue after 3 weeks with a back and forth!!! I regret ever having a Fibre line supp**** by this company!! Money and time wasted!!!
