Horrible Service

What a disappointing experience with Afrihost. We decided to give them a try as an ISP because they claim to care about their customers. This is definitely not the case. Our experience in dealing with them has been shocking and the incompetence is top class. Majority of their so called WhatsApp agents do not know what they are doing and just apologises for the inconvenience but offer no solutions or assistance. At this point we are just considering moving to someone else because if this is the way it starts out, who knows what the rest of the journey with them will look like. I do not recommend them at all. We received 10 times better service from Telkom, so that should tell you something.
