HORRIBLE SERVICE

This morning I wake up to my emails not working. I phone in at 8.30am, that's after the 'live chat person' told me they can't assist, they only do the basics and I should email my query. The consultant told me there is something wrong with the server that my domain is on and they are working to fix it. Come 12pm, still not working, I phone again and I get the same explanation. 4.45pm, now it's a full day of emails not reaching me, I can;'t log in when I sent emails from other sources, they bounce.

I phone again, this time I am told 'sorry for the inconvenience, we are migrating servers and it should be back up soon'.

Now it's 7pm, still can't log in from any device. Now this is terrible service. Why does them migrating servers affect my business negatively. Now I have no idea what I missed out on all day and they probably won't be working this weekend and I'll have to wait for next week.
