HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Working through Afrihost has been the most horrible and frustrating experience of my life! They are VERY QUICK to start deducting money from your account, but when you need assistance from them to log into your new account on your own router, there is ZERO assistance!! It has been more than 3 weeks and no-one has resolved our issue or ever comes back to help you. So now they expect me to pay for a service I can't even use!!
