Horrible service

Is there anyone from Afrihost/Openserve who can assist me please? I placed an order almost two weeks ago and still no service.I don’t even have an installation appointment date yet(They did not pitch for the first one) and every time I call they say they will contact me in 24 hours which does not happen.
