Horrible service

Oh my goodness!!! Afrihost are a nightmare!!! I have trying to terminate their services but they are just not coming to the party! Unfortunately I cannot migrate to a new service provider without this cancellation! They keep moving goalposts! How hard can it be to just cancel my subscription!!! Please!!!
