HORRIBLE SERVICE

a week ago i paid R170.00 in arrears, arrears they caused coz they didnt upfate my banking details, in time, i paid it anyway.

on the 1st of dec they debited R299.00 for the monthly bill.

i still have no data, my account in still disabled, their call centre agent keep saying I must wait for an account manager, what more must i do to get what im paying for
