Horrible Service!!!!

So I took out a 500/200 package with afrihost

My speeds are 100/100

Showed this to them on so many times, they refuse to send someone onsite to sort this out.

I am paying for 500/200 but logged several tickets but seems like they are happy to bill you but dont care to resolve an issue urgently the moment you are signed up…

Next will be to take the complaints to icasa if they dont resolve this
