Horrible pathetic service

I should have read the reviews before signing up with this absolutely *********** company. I will not go into too much details, I have wasted enough of my time and airtime already on them!! Horrible, poor service, don't answer their phones, unclear advertising, do not return calls when they do actually answer their phones and promise to resolve the MISTAKE THEY MADE WITH SETTING UP MY INSTALLATION, I have had it! Tried to call again now, average holding time for them to answer their phones, as per recording is 8 minutes!! Who has the time, patience and money to hold for 8 minutes??? Waste of time, money and energy. I will do everything in my power to cancel this agreement!!! Tumelo is the person I dealt with today, still waiting for the promised immediate call back!!!
