Horrible ISP - Poor Customer Service and Delivery

Internet stops working in early december, consistent calling and chats, general generic support.

I work from home, spent over R2k in data, then by mid jan still not working, had to change ISPs as could not afford to spend so much on mobile data.

Horrible support, then I was promised a refund instead they bill me for december and january?

I contact support and they tell me there are no tickets on my profile? I send screenshots and they now have "tickets".

Do not use this ISP - they throttle you, no support and most importantly have no clue what is actually going on
