Horrible ISP

Horrible customer service. Been with all the needed hardware for 2 week but no activation. Now a service consultant comes back after 2 days and tells me i need to configure my router to connect to the internet. When i asked if the router isn't supposed to come plug and play, she said yes but sometimes it doesn't. Horrible ISP
