Horrible installation/line activation/ support experience

Absolutely appalling service from Afrihost it has taken them now almost 4 months to process my fiber migration yet when we call them they keep on referring us to frogfoot but no new installation is required we have even paid an amount of R997 and still nothing we have lost hope this company used to be different sad to see them go down dis road we are considering contacting ICASA since no attempt has been made to refund our money either.
