Horrible Fibre Service!

Horrible experience. I live in Richwood and this service was horrible! Ordered a 50MB line via ComTel. Never got better than 17MB/s (this is after chatting on WhatsApp for 4 consecutive days and 1 device connected). Speedtest went down to 1Mb/s when adding 2 phones to the WiFi. It took 2 days JUST to activate us! After almost 2 weeks of this, I canceled and got Rain 5G. I have 4 devices connected now and Speedtest shows over 60MB on the daily. I still use Afrihost on my mobile, but I will never bother with their fibre again
