Horrible down right pathetic service

I had the quickest fibre installation of my life... but it took afrihost almost 24 hours just to realize the line was installed... I selected that I want the free router from afrihost... but they say I never ordered it, the whatsapp support is useless, so I decided to log tickets... tickets that get a stupid reply, which does not help in the least... I cannot use the fibre through the house because I do not have the free router I should have been provided, now afrihost wants me to buy the router that should have been free, the same router that states "free with any new fibre installation"... they want me to pay R1000 for and R250 for delivery, Im trying to set up the old Dlink vdsl telkom router I have, and get no assistance from afrihost, the phone lines are a waste and it seems they want people to pay for stuff they dont get, I want someone compitent to phone me, not email, not just a message, and not some morronic auto reply, if I dont have my FREE router, and a smile on my face with a working network in the next 48 hours I will see how many social media pages this and the screenshots and idiotic replies and ill regard for client service can reach and I will not stop until I am satisfied.
