Horrible customer service/ technical resolution. Absolutely do not go with afrihost

Afrihosts customer service is horrible. Beginning of February, my 4th router light went orange. I had to call them almost everyday to get my connection sorted and each time they said 'they'd escalate it' and 'they needed to reconfigure from their side' but never did anything. I finally ended up canceling due to the no connection for a month and the terrible service. I then got in touch with the accounts department and they said they refund me the 2 months I'm spending without confirmation- telephonically they promised to send a conformation email of this but never did. So now I have paid two months for no service. Just getting their agents to log a complaint is the most frustrating thing out there. Worst service provider, woudk not recommend to anyone
