horrible customer service

this is the worst service provider in the world wide. i struggled the whole of today trying to get internet from them, their customer service is horrible, you ask a question no answer, you type what you are struggling with no help still. their whatsapp customer service is the baddest, looks like no one knows why theyre at work.
