Horrible customer experience

This has been the worst experience I've had with almost any company ever, from my order taking almost a month to be installed and then delivered, then to lack of communication, to staff blaming the customer for issues, being blatantly rude and giving attitude, to Vumatel staff taking 3 hours to come to do an installation then not having any customer service experience then smoking drugs in our apartment complex, to me having to chase up the router to be delivered, then to only be blamed again for the issue that was their fault, to me having to place the order again, paying for it yet again and now having to wait, yet again. This entire experience has been painful to say the least, this impacts not only my pocket, as I have to driver around to find solutions, as we work from home and now have to find alternative solutions to being inconvenienced on numerous occasions to wait for delivery, contact them numerous times and the overall stress to get it sorted. Completely unpalatable experience.
