Horrible AFRIHOST experience

I’m having a horrible experience with getting my line activated. Afrihost cannot tell me what is the issue as to why my line cannot be activated and my wife is at a point where her job is at risk as she could not work for the past 5 days. We’ve made payment to Vuma Reach as it was required yet no communication or follow ups to provide an update.

This is a really frustrating experience and completely unacceptable.
