Horrible!!!!!!!!

Never thought I would have such a terrible experience, My new connection order was placed on the 27th June the "system" got the address wrong upone creating the order took me days to get them to finally correct the address then finally received payment link, I made the payment and nothing happend contacted Afrihost they said there no payment on the order conatcted my bank payment was made at this point Afeihost agents told me my payment is missing and Vumatel had to allocate the payment, they then escalated it called back as no communication was made was then told the payment is missing and payfast was the reason an agent told me to contact them or request a refund (extreamly rude) I spoke to an agent on whatsapp who had me on a chat for 2 hours and eventually the payment was allocated I was so happy, got emails confirming then finally got a call to scheduale installation , Wow Installation was schedualed for the follwoing day (Tuesday) technician never arrived no call no text I have been speaking to Afrihost everyday and all I get is we have escalated the matter , there ia no update it is Friday amd still no installation I have been purchasing prepaid data everyday just to contact them only to get attitudes from agents especailly on the whatsapp line.

Took my money but I dont even have a ĺine installed
