Hopewell M - Fantastic service.

I would like to take some to commend Afrihost for having in their employ Hopewell M. I had been struggling to receive my emails since very early today. All my problems came to an end a short while ago.

This is all credited to Hopewell M, who gave up close to an hour of his time to help me. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am. Hopewell was calm, professional, intelligent and knows the job. No matter how many times I asked ridiculous questions or repeated my uncer*****y, or even panicked, Hopewell was not phased. Hopewell just gave me the best responses, reassurances and support. Hopewell persisted until all on my end was fixed. Even then Hopewell made sure that I upgrade to the correct package, and reassured me of the longevity of the new package. Hopewell is the most amazing person.

Yet again, Afrihost shows why they are arguably the best around and thank you again Hopewell, you are an asset to the company.
