Hope it works cause support is useless

If it works it works great, but lately having the same issue over and over. It doesn't get resolved. Support ghosting you, you provide everything they ask for, follow all the steps and then hours on end no reply until it eventually resolves itself. Usually a day or so. Even then they can't tell you what was wrong or what they did. Either I have the bad luck of having a useless tech assigned to me/my account/area or it's just their support level.
