<p>To all new customers </p> <p>Afrihost is not an honest company. They will push you to pay the highest package price (Unshaped Capped) to ensure that your line is prioritized on the network. But the ping is 70ms+ in the evening (100MB FIBRE CONNECTION) After months of support calls and emails. The problem is still not resolved. It is not an isolated problem (Described by the Technician) everybody gets the same priority. </p> <p>So please do not waste your time or money. Webafrica is pretty much the same price and the ping is +-5ms even in the peak times. Especially if you are a gamer that relies on good ping.</p> <p>If you are paying for a service you SHOULD get it. Not when they feel like it.</p>
