Holding my domain for ransom

From all the negative reviews on here I wonder why I'm bothering to write anything.

I took all my business away from Afrihost at the end of March of this year after repeated problems with their hosting and, before that, their internet service. They were supposed to migrate all of my domains. Suffice to say this did not go well and the stuff tried everything to milk more money out of me.

Long story short, my .com domain was not transferred and I had to ask over and over again that it be transferred. It is now October and now they are asking me R1800 to transfer the domain. So they pretty much expect me to pay for their mistake. Stay as far away as you possibly can for this company. They have zero ethics.
