Highly unfair practise

Upgraded speed connectivity online and downgraded to a package still higher than the the original within 10min.. the upgrade was implemented immediately and the downgrade will only be implemented after a month.. How unfair is their practise? I contacted Afrihost immediately and the consultant was very arrogant..
