Highly frustrating

Probably the worst service I've ever received. WhatsApp agents are of no help either. I've been fighting everyday to get WiFi, because the people that lived in this house before me had WiFi, they took my payment for their WiFi and not mine. I paid twice and I've had installation rescheduled 3 times. Today I get charged for WiFi I don't have and get told that there is an outage but we still need to pay. I told them I don't even have WiFi installed but I keep having to pay. It's very frustrating and I just want it sorted. I've been on calls and messages since 2 weeks ago and I get asked the same questions everyday even though calls are recorded
