Hidden agenda of afrihost

Afrihost works through vuma in our area, our internet is down. The customer care has no idea what they are doing, and the supervisor/ mangers are to good to talk to client. They rather hide behind the consultant. You pay for a service yet when there is a problem the put it on vuma. And then hide behind there terms and conditions. You pay vuma every month, vuma installs your fiber but yet afrihost is you service provider. But if there is a problem afrihost say they have logged the the complaint with vuma. In the mean time my wife give international English classes and is losing 300 dollars a day and afrihost hides behind there terms and conditions. They are so well hidden that you can only talk to the service.center this is very poor service. I will never recommend there services.
