Hero to Zero

Looked on their website for my address for Fibre and it said its available. Ordered the product in early March. No service provided by Afrrihost even after many requests. They finally say that the product is not available for businesses and now when i check the coverage map it says there are no fibre providers in my area at all. Why not advise this immediately instead of stringing us a long for months?
