Helpful and Efficient

I needed assistance in signing up for their VOIP service so I called them. Unfortunately I did not take the call centre agent's name but she was the most helpful agent I have ever dealt with.

We got cut off in mid call and she actually called me back so that we could finish setting up the service. I have never had a call centre call me back! Ever! She was efficient and keen to help.

If people in call centres were all as helpful, knowledgeable and efficient as her it would be a wonderful world.
