Have my money! No fibre!

Requested Fibre with Afrihost 5 days ago. Gave them all my details, they took my money! After back and forth via e-mail (no telephone number on e-mail for me to call). Asking me question after question. I sent them screenshots of the estate that I am in from google maps, screenshots of Vumatel's website. Even circled the screenshots. I still do not have Fibre. Now they come back with this reply "Hi Kirsten,
