Hate hate hate

Terrible service. I tried cancelling my wifi end of the month because the unnecessarily strict payment date on the first of the month is causing me to miss payments and I end up paying more than I need to. My wifi services are also currently suspended because of it. A lady from accounts named Wendy just told me I can't cancel until the end of July and offered me no help whatsoever. If you're looking for a wifi service that will actually take your pleas into consideration, don't use Afrihost.
