Happy to make you wait for orders they cannot fulfull !
6 and a half weeks with zero feedback from Afrihost who have processed an order for fibre as an upgrade from DSL. After a month I called and they told me they are in the middle of a buy out i must wait until its finalised ? 6 weeks later now and all they say is "We have contacted FrogFoot in this regard.I shall revert back to you when we get an update" -Ticket ID: YNH-***0

28 Nov 2019, 15:35Today , another mail saying "soon" - and that Frogfoot and Blitzfibre are responsible for the delay.
shortly after I called Blitzfibre myself only to find that they have not even built the fibre in my area ! Not only have Afrihost **** about the delay but there are more customers in my complex waiting for the same thing who are completely oblivious to the fact that we may never have our orders fulfilled.
