Happy overall with my fibre installation

I signed up online for fibre with Afrihost on Monday, 7 October. My apartment block was already fibre ready so it was just a matter of extending the cables to my unit which was done on Thursday, 10 October by Octotel. The Octotel team did a very good job. The fibre was up and running within 3 hours of installation however, Afrihost had not sent my router yet. The router was delivered Monday, 14 October via courier. Overall I've received very good service from Afrihost. The call centre and email support staff are very knowledgeable and responsive. The only improvement could have been that the router should have been delivered on the day of installation or at least the following day. The fibre is fast on the TV and when browsing but unfortunately I struggled to make an international WhatsApp call last night and had to switch to mobile data.
