I needed my wifi upon moving into a different apartment. I arranged my order 2 weeks in advance (as one should) and got my router in quite a speedy span of time. Further the communication and service was already quite good at this point.

They arranged an appointment for the fibre install for an available date. Little to my knowledge the previous tenant damaged the fibre box and the guys coming in for the install couldnt help me without proper permission from the frogfoot team. I was dissapointed. However the same day they arranged to send a team in to install a new box and got me connected with everything working!

Further I ordered the 50mbps upload/download package and the connectivity has been at this level and sometimes higher! I think this is pretty cool of them!

I was hesitant with the other reviews to use afrihost...but theyve been pretty damn good to me!
