Growing cobwebs waiting for a refund

I add my voice to the many from Afrihost. I signed up with them for fiber. They delivered the modem and then I waited. After DISMAL service I cancelled my account. They immediately deducted R947 from my account for the modem! They told me I would get a refund after they collected it. Well that was nearly a month ago and I am still waiting. In the meantime they deducted a further R90 from my account. Do not do business with them. Wish I had visited Hellopeter before signing up with them.
