Gross violation of consumer rights

It’s yet another weekend with no Service/Connectivity from Afrihost. I am paying for a service that not is being rendered. I hope this issue gets resolved ASAP!!! I better not be billed for the days that I didn’t have service, because at this point my consumer rights are being violated and I am prepared to take it up with the Ombudsman.
