After missing a payment Afrihost disconnected my internet service on the 1st of month so i said its fair no pay not internet now this month the have debited me but they tell me i owe them for last month when i was disconnected. The arrogance of the accounts department telling me I choose not to use them when they are the ones who cut me off.
