Greatest to the worst EVER!!!!

Went from the greatest to the worst ISP. I moved into a new home and got afrihost as my ISP with Openserve. got my router and ONT box and was ready to go. Started having internet issues and as everyone knows, you call you ISP when you have issues.

Now I have to phone around to find out who owns the line where I live??? and when finding out, there is nothing I can do cause I am not the owner and I need to call the owner to release a line that I do not in anyway. The system is broken and needs to be fixed.

You cant expect customers to phone around for things that they don't know about or own. All technical issues should be taken care of from the ISP.
