I spoke the Jacques with regards to moving my dsl line over to Afrihost (from Telkom) so that they can manage the line. He assisted me in understanding exactly what the process is that will take place. Furthermore, he assisted me with preparing for upgrading said line and changing the current data bundle on the line so that I know exactly what to expect after the dsl line has been migrated. A follow up was even arranged to ensure that everything goes smoothly.<br> <br> I asked many questions (including a few technical ones) and he was very informative, friendly and co-operative (above and beyond).
