Great support

Great support guys! Nice dealing with knowledgeable, quick and willing-to-help support staff.

One recommendation: when a query comes in (or as in my case... many) it may help to have one person follow the request through to the end. Else I have to keep explaining my problem over and over again. There was some cross-over support... but a tad more would be great
