Great speed, No substance, No 'Amps'

Afrihost have Three different Tiers of Fibre: Home; Premium; and Priority Uncapped.

I tried the 100/50 Home uncapped. When you do a speed test it looks impressive, but as soon as you start to stream something - IT BUFFERS continually. I upgraded my lin to 100/50, Premium uncapped - Excellent! Except 18:00 - 20:00, the speed drops significantly and back is my favourite spinning wheel? I had existing Fibre so there were no set up costs, nothing, they just connected my Openserve line. Now wanting to cancel there poor sorry service, I have to giv a Full future months notice? Nobody senior available to negotiate, just blunt patrons blocking you all the way? Very, very sad!!
